Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held at Fairlight Village Hall on Tuesday 24th November 2009 at 7pm

Present: G. Hensher (Chairman), Mrs. C. Gallagher, H. Gallagher, A. King, C. Lewis, A. Mier and R. Pollard.  Also present: District Councillors R. Bird and R. Patten, Mr. Rod Tice (Clerk), and 6 members of the public.

Transport in East Sussex Feb/Mar 2010

This is a new Publication that lets one know the work that the Transport & Environment Department at East Sussex County Council are undertaking in our area. The aim is to provide a single source of information on a monthly basis to let us know what's happening in the next couple of months.  We will post these as and when we receive them.

 URGENT CHURCH ROOF APPEAL

  

St Andrews Church which stands proud at the top of Battery Hill in Fairlight is suffering major roof faults. We, the 'Fairlight Resident's Association' are trying to raise some extra cash on their behalf for the very urgent  repairs.

 

 

You will have read in the accompanying article below that we are collecting Toys and Model Railways to auction off to help raise the funds.

 

 

We are also in urgent need of cash in any form to boost the funds, at this point they stand very low indeed.
